2. Service Listings and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that service descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate.
However, all services listed online are subject to confirmation via quotation and scheduling.
Images and examples are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual service provided.

3. Prices

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices may change without notice but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
  • Additional costs (e.g., extra volume, hazardous materials, parking charges) will be agreed before work begins.

4. Ordering Process

  1. Select the desired clearance service and complete checkout.
  2. Submit your contact details and any relevant property information.
  3. You will receive an Order Acknowledgement email — this is not yet acceptance of your order.
  4. We will confirm availability and provide a final quotation.
  5. Once you accept the quotation (by email or payment), a binding service contract is formed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to acceptance.

5. Payment

  • Payment may be made online (via WooCommerce) or by invoice.
  • Full payment or deposit is due before or on completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Online transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
  • We do not store or process card details on our servers.

6. Performance and Scheduling

We will contact you to arrange the date and time of your clearance service.
While we make every effort to meet agreed timescales, delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or access issues.
If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.

7. Right to Cancel

Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of confirmation, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you request that we begin work within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that:

  • You may be charged for work already completed if you later cancel.
  • Once the service has been fully performed, you lose the right to cancel.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during checkout and booking.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • Disclose any hazardous materials or restricted items.
  • Be available or appoint a representative on the scheduled day.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in rescheduling fees or partial cancellation charges.

10. Liability

We are fully insured for public liability through AXA Insurance UK.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from online transactions or service delays, except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal information collected through our checkout or contact forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Data Processing Addendum.
Your payment information is handled securely by our payment processors.
