1. Service Provision & Booking
By booking a clearance with DrClear, you agree to these terms. We provide professional house, probate, and commercial clearances across the West Midlands and surrounding counties.

Access: You must ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time.

Hazardous Materials: We cannot remove certain hazardous materials (e.g., raw asbestos) unless specified and quoted separately.
2. Pricing Transparency (Anti-Drip Pricing)
In compliance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, DrClear operates a strict “Total Price” policy:

Upfront Quotes: The price quoted following our assessment is the total price. There are no hidden “drip” fees, such as undisclosed fuel surcharges or administrative booking fees.

Variable Waste: If the volume of waste exceeds the initial description provided via phone or form, a revised Total Quote will be provided and agreed upon before work commences.
3. Review Verification Duty
We take pride in our reputation. To comply with the DMCC Act 2024, we verify our reviews:

Authenticity: We take proportionate steps to ensure that all testimonials displayed on DrClear.co.uk are from genuine customers who have utilised our services.

Incentivization: We disclose if any customer has received a discount or incentive in exchange for a review (currently, we do not offer such incentives).
4. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts)

Cooling-off Period: For bookings made online or via phone, customers have a 14-day right to cancel.

Express Request: If you request the clearance to be performed within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel expires once the service is fully completed.
5. Liability & Insurance

Barclays Coverage: We maintain public liability insurance of up to £6M (certificates available in the footer).

Damage: While we take the utmost care, DrClear is not liable for structural damage caused by the removal of items that were improperly installed or integrated into the property by the owner.
