Waste and Duty of Care Concerns
Where a complaint relates to how waste was handled, DrClear can provide the Waste Transfer Note issued for the job and confirm the licensed disposal route used. All waste moves under Environmental Protection Act 1990 Section 34 duty of care.
If You Are Still Not Satisfied
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may be able to take it further through an alternative dispute resolution provider or, for data protection matters, the Information Commissioner’s Office. DrClear will tell you which route applies to your case and provide the details you need. For legal matters involving estates or duty of care, you may also wish to seek independent advice from a qualified solicitor or environmental consultant.
