Community Impact: Turning Clearance into Care
See where the reusable items from a clearance actually end up. DrClear House Clearance extends beyond property turnover. As a family-run company founded in 2005 on the principle of empathy, we integrate local philanthropy into daily operations to support bereaved families, children’s palliative care, and animal welfare across the West Midlands.

The 5-Point Impact Plan
Turning operational success into support for bereaved families: Edward’s Trust (Registered Charity No. 1105370).
We host a dedicated stall to re-home plush toys recovered during clearances. This initiative prevents landfill waste and directs 100% of proceeds to fund bereavement services.
For every 1,000 miles our vans cover in the West Midlands, we donate £10 to the Trust.
DrClear donates £5 to Edward’s Trust for every 5-star review received from our clients.
Our team selects one unique vintage item found during our services for sale, with 100% of proceeds donated to the Trust.
We list one quality furniture item for free on Facebook Marketplace monthly to assist local residents. For every item re-homed, DrClear donates an additional £5 to the Trust.
Strategic Support: Acorns Children’s Hospice
Providing specialist palliative care for life-limited children and their families: Acorns Children’s Hospice (Registered Charity No. 700859). As part of our commitment to a circular economy, DrClear identifies premium furniture assets that can be repurposed to support the fundraising network of Acorns across the West Midlands.
- Premium furniture re-homing: during our forensic and residential clearances, our team identifies high-quality furniture, from vintage heritage pieces to modern household staples, for direct donation to Acorns
- Legacy funding: by diverting quality assets from landfill into Acorns’ retail boutiques, the physical legacy of a home is converted into funding for 24-hour care and family support services
Business Patronage: Birmingham Dogs Home
Supporting regional animal rescue and welfare: Birmingham Dogs Home (Registered Charity No. 222436). As Business Patrons, DrClear uses its logistics network to fund rescue work across the West Midlands.
- Asset re-homing: we sort and identify usable furniture, electrical appliances, and household goods during clearances for direct donation to the Dogs Home
- Fundraising support: our patronage helps fund daily care, veterinary needs, and re-homing efforts for abandoned dogs in Birmingham and the Black Country
Environmental Integrity & Responsible Disposal
Our community commitment is a core component of our 95% landfill diversion rate.
- Eco-commitment: usable items find new homes through our charity partners, while non-recyclable materials are processed via Energy from Waste (EfW) protocols to minimise landfill impact
- Legal verification: every community project includes a Waste Transfer Note, proving legal and ethical disposal through Environment Agency protocols
Corporate Transparency
Founded by Krzysztof Szczesny (Chris), our uniformed team delivers professional clearance with the legal and financial assurance required by solicitors and executors.
