"Following the passing of both my parents, we were working through all the probate, paperwork and house clearance tasks. Our Solicitors gave us three quotes from an affiliated property company, and we got a further two ourselves. Of all the quotes Chris, came to the house, talked through what he would do and what he wouldn't, asked about anything we were taking, so we were both clear and there were no misunderstandings at a later date. He was personable and knowledgeable, and I suspect where others put everything into landfill, Chris works out what has resale value, to keep his quote competitive. On the day we arranged, he arrived on time and although it was the hottest day of the year, him and two colleagues cleared a cluttered large three bedroomed house of junk and furniture. When we found he had missed a kitchen cupboard, he came back at a later date and removed the items with no hesitation. He had said he doesn't like to remove items screwed to the walls, so at a later date, we dismantled some draw units and shelves and he came back a third time to dispose of them for us, out of the kindness of his heart. He feels like a nice, courteous, proud and genuine person. The overriding observation I would like to leave for others considering his services, is that they are tremendous hard workers and honourable to deal with. Thank you Chris."
